Background: Nannette & Arthur have been part of the SAGA family since they enrolled their kids, back in 2003. Only a month after SAGA had opened its doors!! As the years have flown by, their involvement has grown with SAGA. 
-Nannette now manages all operations! Which include overseeing customer service, empolyee relations & the tiny details that she notices, before anyone else does!
