Power Play! Ages 6+

Power Play! is 30 minutes of constant movement for your child. This super-high energy class is designed to motivate and challenge the most non-athletic to very-athletic individual! A combination of gymnastics training, running, jumping, climbing, pushing, pulling, rolling, bouncing, tumbling and much more is sure to get your child's heart rate up- and give them new muscles and a huge smile! Pay as you come so there's no long-term commitment . Monday - Thursday Afternoons: 4:00 - 4:30pm.

Competitive Gymnastics Teams:

As your child progresses through our recreational (non-competitive) classes, their instructor will be watching for students who demonstrate physical and mental readiness to move to a competitive program. There is never a requirement for your son/daughter to move into our competitive team program. There are many other paths to choose that allow for athletes of all abilities and dedication levels to grow, and fully meet their potential on and off the gymnastics floor.

SAGA's competitive teams include Boys and Girls of all skill levels. Our competitive teams include Boys Level 4 through 10, and Girls Level 4 through 9. FIT Happens - adult program
Adults ages 18 and up
Adult Gymnastics
Join us Monday nights from 7:00 - 8:30 for a chance to get back into the gym or learn a cartwheel for the first time! Open to anyone experienced or brand new to gymnastics. This class is self-paced, and instructors are available for coaching and spotting. No monthly commitment, just $11.00 per class!

HardCore on Monday & Wednesday, 5:30 - 6:30pm, is a strength based class designed to tone, tighten and energize! Pilates, yoga and gymnastics based core strengthening is designed to help with posture, flexibility, and muscle definition. $3.00 per class. (Starting September 15th!)

Cardio-Crunch on Tuesday & Thursday, 4:00 - 4:30pm, is a high energy class in the fast lane! This gymnastics and cardio combination will get your heart pumping and feet moving. This 30 minute class will quickly help to slim down and firm up in a guarenteed no boredom structure. $3.00 per class. (Starting September 16th!)
