Body Bootcamp
Adult Fitness Class

Coach Brandon has worked in the gymnastics and fitness world for 9 years. He recently obtained his degree in exercise science and is excited to start an adult class for the spring! This time, he and Coach Dean, also the owner, are teaming up to offer more available days and times. They are starting an 8-week new years resolution workout program to help everyone get fit fast! Be ready to melt fat and burn calories in this high intensity class designed to boost your metabolism, sculpt muscle, and give you the body you have always wanted!

Tuesdays
6:30pm - 7:30pm
Wednesdays (lunch crunch session)
12:00pm - 12:45pm
Fridays
9:30am - 10:30am

Competitive Gymnastics Teams:

As your child progresses through our recreational (non-competitive) classes, the instructors will be watching for students who demonstrate physical and mental readiness to move to a competitive program. There is never a requirement for your son/daughter to move into our competitive team program. There are many other paths to choose that allow for athletes of all abilities and dedication levels to grow, and fully meet their potential on and off the gymnastics floor.

SAGA's competitive teams include Boys and Girls of all skill levels. Our competitive teams include Boys Level 4 through 10, and Girls Level 4 through 9. Please ask us for more information on our Competitive Team programs! SAGA's Competitive Team Page has information for our competitive athletes and their families.
