Frequently
Asked Questions about SAGA:
-
Am I missing the prices online?
Nope!
SAGA doesn't post its monthly class prices on our website- so you aren't
missing anything. Please feel free to email or call our office for current
pricing information.
- Do
you have a sibling discount for families?
Yes, families that have more than one child enrolled
at SAGA will receive discounts as follows: The first child (highest tuition)
will be full price. A 10% tuition discount is applied on the second child,
and we'll give you 15% off a third, and each additional child after that.
-What
does "my first class free" mean?
SAGA offers you a chance to participate in your first class at no charge.
This introductory class will let you see SAGA's coaches and facility,
do some gymnastics and make sure this is what you're looking for- before
any commitment!
- How
do I schedule my first class free?
There are two ways to schedule your first free class. You can email us,
or call our office. We will need to collect some basic information including
a parent name, a phone number and/or email address, your child's name,
date of birth and the class that you wish to attend.
- When
is my tuition due?
Tuition is due on or before your 1st class each month. SAGA does not have
"sessions" so you may join our program at any time. If you join
in the middle of a month, your tuition will be pro-rated for the remainder
of the month. Your regular tuition will be due the beginning of the following
month.
- What
if I miss a class?
If you need to skip a class for any reason, SAGA offers make-up classes
for one missed class a month. Make-up classes need to be scheduled through
the office, but can be for a future or past missed class. Please try and
schedule your make-up in the same month that you missed a class- however,
we can
be flexible when unexpected circumstances arise, provided there is space
available.
- What
is the student-teacher ratio at SAGA?
SAGA keeps a low student-teacher ratio for all of our classes. In preschool
classes (age 1-5), you can expect a maximum of six students to one teacher.
For each of the beginner gymnastics, tumble, or specialty classes you
will see an 8-1 ratio. We keep low ratios to ensure that your child student
is getting the one-on-one attention they deserve.
-How
are your gymnastics coaches trained?
Each of SAGA's coaches are adult/child CPR and First Aid Certified. They
also go through extensive in-house training and many are former gymnasts
themselves, giving them plenty of experience in the field. This ensures
that the most qualified and capable coaches are instructing your child.
Every SAGA coach is trained using weeks of hands-on experience; which
we believe creates the best coaches!
-Where
can I download a "Guest Release Form"?
GUEST
RELEASE FORM you
can click on this link to download a copy of our Guest Release Form.
-How
long am I committed to my class?
Once you are registered in a class, you can switch classes at anytime.
Whether your child has a schedule change, needs to switch to an age appropriate
class or for any other reason, you may enroll into a more appropriate
class. Just be sure to schedule it ahead of time so we can make room for
your child. If you need to take a break from classes, you may also do
this at anytime. Just fill out the quick "Student Withdrawal Form"
at the front desk to make sure the office knows. This way, we won't keep
saving a spot for your child and have to charge you for it.
-
Can I come watch a class at SAGA?
We always encourage parents and kids to come and watch classes. However,
many kids would much rather participate in their Free Introductory class
at this time. Gymnastics is a very fun sport to watch- but usually makes
you want to join in on the fun! You can always schedule your first free
class before you come visit SAGA.
-
What if my child won't participate in class?
It's very normal that shy children won't jump right in and be comfortable
with their first gymnastics class. After a few classes they will warm
up and start recognizing coaches, staff members and even make some friends.
Many times the class helps develop social skills, confidence and independence.
SAGA gives your little one a safe environment to be separated from mom
and dad- yet have you close by in our viewing area!
